This was the case in Texas against Countrywide where the UST got
involved and conducted, among other things, 22 depositions of
Countrywide's staff and attorneys. It gives a good description of how
complicated the employment arrangements are in relatively simple
bankruptcy proceedings. This will help anyone interested in this topic
understand what is going on in your Chapter 13 cases.
