Judicial Practices Survey Request for Questions and Comments
As part of an ongoing commitment towards providing the highest level of public service possible, the Central District of California Bankruptcy Court periodically surveys its judges to assess the differences in practices and procedures from chambers to chambers.
The last survey was completed in March 2001. It can be located on the Courts website at http://www.cacb.uscourts.gov under News/Notices/Publications > Publications > Judicial Variance Survey.
The Ad Hoc Judicial Practices Survey Committee would be grateful to have the benefit of your suggested questions for the upcoming survey. Questions and/or Comments should be submitted by April 30, 2008 to:
