Subject: [cdcbaa] Ch. 13/LAM/Stripping liens
Been a long time since I've done this, but...
?
Can a debtor strip the fully underwater 2nd on a RENTAL property owned by the debtor in order to leave payments only to the first mortgage holder?? I believe LAM only applied to principal residences anyway, so anything new under BARF that prohibits this?
?
