Subject: [cdcbaa] "On Memo" jewelry sales
Suppose jeweler-vendor sells inventory "on memo" to jeweler-retailer.
Does the seller have any rights beyond a simple unsecured creditor? I
know that it might be a consignment or a bailment or something but I'm
hoping someone knows specifically some case or code section dealing
with the rights of the seller when the sale is "on memo." Thanks.

Sounds like the fact pattern of Irving's Grand Chevrolet case; there
were several published opinions.
