Chapter 13 Liquidation Analysis-- Do full Chapter 7 Trustee's

The Trustee's attorney was trying to tell me that Chapter 7 Trustees don't necessarily take all of their 11 U.S.C. 326 fees. I've never seen that happen. Since the Chapter 7 Trustee would get paid a large figure due to the amount of the mortgages on the home, it's a critical issue in the case.

I routinely include 326 fees as part of my liquidation analysis and have not had any push back from the court.
