Theydo. They are the main law firm in So. Cal. that is pushing Ford's amendments to the Code. David Goodrich, who appeared and was a panelist at the UST's brown bag seminar on Reaffirmations was well schooled by Ford. He has since left the Cooksey Firm to open his own practice and has passed thetorchto John Kim and John Patton at that firm. They know the new code provisions and the arguments against them. Based on this, I know that they file proof of claims in no asset ch7 cases (for example).
