And as an aside, tenants get a little more money under the Cash for Keys
program when they vacate.

yes, its a 90 day notice with a valid lease assuming that the tenants are not related to the owner of the foreclosed property. If they are, than they are only entitled to a 3 day notice.

The new owner, whether the lender or another investor, has to give 90 days
notice to quit to a bona fide tenant.

My client is going to lose a property in foreclosure. A tenant is in the property now. Once the foreclosure happens, does the bank have to give the tenant extra notice? Didn't I read something about that? The lease was entered into early this year.
