Every trustee has cash flow, that is, checks in, then checks out. Different companies, and/or banks, compete to have these deposits in their accounts. Apparently, the most competitive offer is now from
Tennessee.

Does anybody know why most of our trustees require debtors to send plan payments to the Memphis P.O. box address?

Funny Larry!
Actually, the National Association of Ch13 Trustees was able to get a a specific Bank to:
1. securely receive these payments,
2. provide an accurate immediate accounting of them, AND
3. to provide interest on these received funds -- which assist the Ch13 Trustees in offsetting their costs.
