Proof of claim objections
We have the claims register for a Chapter 13 and 4 of the claims are different from Client's schedules by an average of $900 apiece. No duplications.
Client has an 18% plan over 5 years. Client is not sure the claims are wrong, as he was throwing bills away prior to filing. Do you object in a case like that?
