PC Unable to physically sign petition

Have him make a mark in whatever way possible on each page he needs to sign
(an x with a pen held between his toes, a la Daniel Day Lewis), and file
electronically using /s/ for his signature. On the SSN and E-filing
declarations, use his holographic mark. If you want extra protection, have a
mobile notary come out and notarize those two documents.

He will not be able to sign the petitions or schedules. Any sugestions on how I should handle this?
Any and all help would be greatly appreciated.
