Client retained for ch13-catch up on arrears + % to unsecureds based on
assets.
Client's name appeared on title (only) to mom's home. No contri towards
down, no monthly mortgage payments contri, no tax deductions, etc.
Client removed name from title in May, '10 to allow mother to refi
mortgage loan. Bank estimates $155k equity in mother's house. Client
owes $60k+ cc. Is there any way around this being a 100% ch13?
