workers comp exemption under CCP 703

Under the CCP 703.140, is there any way to exempt a workers comp claim? I know that the 704 exemptions allow for it, but I need to take the wildcard under 703 but also have a workers comp claim. Perhaps under 703.140(b)(11)(E)? Anyone try this?
