Attorney Fee Cap on RFS Motion?
Hi Again!
Does anyone know if there is an attorney fee cap on Creditors for a
RFS motion? I've typically seen creditor's charging in the range of
$250-$265 for such a motion.
A client of mine was served with a RFS motion in which the creditor
request the two late mortgage payments, late fee's and $1300.00
attorney's fees for bring this motion. This seems awfully high!!
Any comments would be greatly appreciated!!!
