Sam, I'm curious about your opinion on Hawkins. Off list if you prefer, or
here. Always good to know if my go-to people shouldn't be go-to people.

If a business has a need for a Chapter 11 I'd say they need to focus on
competent counsel rather than the modesty of the fee.
