False SS
Ed, Paul Winkler is the one with all of the info on the SS issue. He is computer impaired. Ask him at a 341a, and make sure you follow the UST procedures for a false social security number.

I have a client (pro-bono situation), where petitioner has been using
a SS for some 15 years. He files taxes under that number, has
disability benefits etc. Except the SS belongs to someone else. He
does not even who the other person is. So his name does not even
correspond to the number.
If I file under that SS I think they will reject the petition.
Is there something I can do?
