Disclosing Attorney Fees for Excluded Services
Client wants us to substitute in a Chapter 7 case, convert to Chapter 13,
and vacate an order granting relief from stay. We are charging the RARA for
the Chapter 13 and a flat amount for the conversion + motion to vacate
order. Client is going to pay the excluded services fees into our trust and
we will subsequently file a fee application after conversion.
Prior to the fee application, does the code require that we disclose receipt
of those fees? If so, at what point and where?
Thanks,
Stephen
