Subject: [cdcbaa] IRS contact for Chapter 7 cases
I have a situation where the IRS applied a tax refund for 2003 to a
tax liability for 1999 (which was discharged in a Chapter 7 case).
Does anyone know a good contact number for an IRS special procedures
rep who can help me sort this out. I'm getting the run around by
collections.
Thanks.
