You need to give a little more information. Usually I see criminal
attorneys paid up front and a flat fee so there is no compensation during
the case.

For all the chapter 13 gurus out there (of which I ain't one),
suppose the debtor has a criminal atty handling a matter when she
files chapter 13. She gets a great chapter 13 atty to handle the
chapter 13. What are the reporting obligations of the other atty -
the criminal guy? File a stmt under Section 329 and disclose
everything? Is that all?
