Chapter 13 debt limits
I believe they will automatically increase next on April 1, 2007, per 11 USC 104(b).

Dear Colleagues:
Does anyone have any insight/inside information on when the Chapter 13
unsecured debt limit might go up? I have a client right on the edge of
eligibility, and there's a question of whether he should wait for the
ceiling to be raised or make a voluntary payment to get him below the limit.
I appreciate all of the good work being done by this group to respond to attempts to make the bankruptcy system into "creditor heaven" rather than "debtor's haven."
