I have a film production company/client where the film financing did not
come through. So, the company has incurred about 1 mill in debt. The
only member who has something to lose came in to see me to file a
Chapter 7 on the LLC. If the operating agreement is silent as to who can
file the BK between the members, is there any State or Federal law
preventing one of the members from filing the petition?

Let me know.
