I do a single notice/motion that contains a waiver of the conservatee to complete both educational courses as well as the requirement to attend the 341A meeting.

Wife has legal conservatorship over her husband. Husband needs a chapter 7 bankruptcy.
Can a chapter 7 bankruptcy be filed in husbands name but signed by his wife who is his legal conservator?
