Yes. Every time this situation has come up, the Court has stated that it has 2 -3 months of ongoing funding available so it is very unlikely that it will close down.

Subject: [cdcbaa] Proposed federal government shutdown this week
I know that there is a fair amount of discussion of a federal government shutdown as the current continuing resolution expires Friday. This federal game of chicken seems a little more serious than the last few.
Has anyone reached out the bankruptcy courts to find out if the plan is for them to continue to operate or shutdown?
Any thoughts?
