VZ Chapter 13 Procedures to set a case for an earlier
Judge Zurzolo's procedures to set a case for an early Ch13 Cf Hrg on a consent calendar is as follows:
1. Draft and obtain a signed Stipulation between debtor's atty and the Ch13 Trustee agreeing
to placing the matter on a separate (sooner) Consent calendar (which is not on a regular
every odd month Judge Zurzolo Ch13 Cf Hrg calendar. It is always on a Tuesday morning
at 10:30 with no appearances required);
2. File a Motion (pleading paper) requesting that the Ch13 case be set for a consent
calendar and attach the Stipulation as an exhibit. (Make sure you have a Declaration by
debtor's atty authenticating the Stipulation).
