How does VZ treat 362(c)(3)(A)?
Does he:
1. Treat the expiration of the stay as against the debtor only, leaving the stay in place to protect property of the estate; or
2. Treat the expiration of the stay as against both the debtor AND property of the estate - leaving no protection in place?
The other language which always confuses is the part about Ch 7. In my situation Ch7 was dismissed for failure to appear at 341a. New case is a Ch 13. Does (c)(3)(A) apply?
