No motion needed. You need to mail the abstract to the bankruptcy clerk and get it certified. They'll mail it back to you. Then you turn around and file the certified copy with your county recorder.. Fees and precision are needed at every step on the way; one digit off and they bounce the document. For an example of what a completed one looks like, see case 9:11-11059, docket # 629 (although I don't know why the clerk docketed it, because the docketing is totally irrelevant to the process).
