Looking at 1141(d)(3). Is there a way to sell the Debtor as a going concern
in the plan to a 3rd party who wants to buy, and still receive a discharge?
This is important to unload the general unsecureds at less than full
payment and not allow them to have recourse.
Does anyone here have a plan with such a provision that you can email me
for review?
