Prevailing Party after a Voluntary Dismissal of an AP

My dear colleagues,
I am in the process of humiliating an out-of-control Trustee, who doesn't
understand that he has lost and I have won.
Would anyone be willing to throw out a case number where you requested the
Court to declare you to be the prevailing party?
I am doing this in order to recover costs under LBR 7054-1.
