Chapter 13 debtor obtained a court order in her chapter 13 allowing her to
incur debt for the reparation of her home which was damaged by winds. The
loan approval was $5,000, which was based on an estimate for the work. It
turns out now that a new estimate indicates she needs $10,000 of work.
What is the easiest way to get approval for this additional loan amount?
Do I need to file a brand new motion or is there some short cut? The plan
is a 100% plan and no creditors will be affected by this loan. Debtor's
only unsecured debt is $1,300. (She's in the 13 to cure mortgage arrears.)
