I'm trying to find the best and most cost-efficient way to establish the
priority of liens in Lamm Motions. I guess the best way is to get
copies of the Deeds of Trust and show the file stamp date, but clients
rarely can put their hands on them. I don't have a good relationship
with a title company for it - I feel like a beggar since I don't give
them any business usually. I know about Lotbook.com. Is that the best
way, or is there a cheap report I can get without any hearsay problems?
