this is going to be the first piece of the statute to be declared
unconstitutional or discriminatory under Section 525...
"a borrower who has filed Chapter 7, 11, 12, 13 bankruptcy and the
bankruptcy court has not entered an order closing or dismissing the
bankruptcy case."
