Divorce Attorney Fees - non-consumer debt under 707b?

I would be interested in seeing that research if you wish to contact me off list. I have a pc with about seventy five thousand reasons why the attorney fees and expert witness fees should not be consumer debt.

Debt to his own attorney is dischargeable. Debt to his wife's attorney
would not be.

I have a high income PC who owes $100,000 to his previous divorce attorney.It looks like under existing case law these fees would be considered consumer debt for 707(b) purposes. Does anyone have any contrary authority? (Sorry to you divorce attorneys out there - but he already paid $200,000 of his bill!).
