Client signs a reaffirmation agreement and we send it to Chase on the day of the 341 hearing. 30 days later Chase calls me; they need a new signature page because their form reads JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A.Its now 45 days after the 341 and today I receive a complete new reaffirmation agreement because on their form page one there is a period missing after N.A
The paralegal at Chase is contrite, but caught between reality and the Chase legal department. I strongly suggested they put a dot after the that.
Has anyone else had this kind of problem with Chase?

page because their form reads "JP Morgan Chase Bank N.A." it should read
"JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A.". Does everyone see the offending space between
JP and Morgan?
It's now 45 days after the 341 and today I receive a complete new
