I'm sorry, "larceny" is in 11 U.S.C. 523(a)(4), not 11 U.S.C. 523(a)(6), and the exclusion for the discharge is in 1328(a)(2).
So Chapter 13 is a dead end in your case, Andrew.
Maybe there is an article here, Jon. Pretty much all the "super discharge" of 13 is from a bygone era, i.e. pre 2005. I looked up some articles on the internet and I took it with a large dose of salt what I quickly read.
