Is wife's separate real property exempt if only husband files a 7?

Have a potential client - retired -- married woman about 16 years ago who
owned her own home. Prenupt protects her home which now has conservatively
$400k in equity.
He owns nothing. Wife also has a $30k car owned outright in her name. Is
that protected.
Can he file a 7 without jeopardizing her assets? Debts are all his
including FTB debts incurred prior to marriage. However, IRS was incurred
after the marriage relating to his sale of a pre-marital piece of real
property.
