Hello Learned Colleagues:Potential Client is separated from wife, has started divorce proceedings. There is a property division, no final decree. He works in San Jose but often visits the putative ex-wife's house in Thousand Oaks; even has a separate bedroom there. He has never claimed residency in San Jose.Can he file his case in San Jose, based on it being his "principal place of business?"- John D. Faucher818/889-8080
