You can write it into the form, but the Trustee will object, and then you need to brief the judge why this should be confirmed over the Trustee's objection.

Hi Steve,
Thanks for the response. Mine is before Nancy Curry. I would be willing to share my brief but I have never done one on this issue before. Did we need to brief this issue or can we just write the provision into the court's Chapter 13 plan form? Thanks.
