I have a Client that was converted from Chapter 13 to Chapter 7.
The house has substantial equity and qualified for a refinance to pay off
the debts in full while in Bankruptcy.
Chapter 7 Trustee has refused to allow for the refinance and continues to
demand documents from Debtor that must be racking up fees for the estate.
The Debtor does not want to sell her house.
Any suggestions as to how to get the Trustee to forego fees for prosecuting
the case to allow for the refinance to pay off the estate creditors and
fees to date? (i.e. Motion to Refinance or Motion to Abandon?)
Should you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me
