I don't know him personally, so I can only offer a limited recommendation,
but he has refinanced two of my clients who are in active Chapter 13 cases,
as well as two others outside of bankruptcy who were in financial distress,
and the loan terms were excellent all things considered (the least
attractive of the loans was 4%, with low-cost PMI if the loan rises above
80/20, and very few closing costs).
