Getting paid for fee apps in Chapter 13 No look cases
Chapter 13 attorneys:
I have a few "no look" fee apps to do for the $350 responding to Trustee Motions to Dismiss. The amount seems reasonable, but dealing with the fee app will eat about half of that value. Unfortunately, they don't have any guidance in the Court Manual as to what to ask for a fee app.
Do you think in the same fee app one can ask for reimbursement for preparing the fee app at some nominal sum such as $100 in addition to the No Look fee?
