I agree with Dennis but I wanted to add that if your client believes his
actions could lead to criminal prosecution, then you should consider the
5th. I personally would be very cautious about whether you've already
waived it and to what extent.

is a privilege. Remember trustee's can waive privilege.

Good afternoon and happy holidays. I have a bk with two adversary
proceedings pending. One is a 523 action against the debtor and the other
is a civil action. Both cases revolve around the same parties, set of
issues and facts.
The trustee is requesting that the Debtor turn over all files in connection
with the state litigation.
Is there a process that the trustee needs to take?
What is the debtor required to turn over with the fraud action pending?
