Lien stripping 2nd mortgage rental NOT Principal residence

I wouldn't use it without crossing out or otherwise editing the principal
residence language and even adding a footnote explaining that the property
is not a principal residence or the Court may take it as a judicial
admission that it's a principal residence. I speak from personal knowledge.

I have to strip a 2nd mortgage off an investment rental in a Chapter 13.
It's before Julia Brand. She uses the Local Form, but the form says in the title it's for a Principal Residence.
There's no requirement in 506 that it be a Principal Residence. It seems like the form name should be irrelevant.
Do you think I can get away with using this form on the rental?
