Student Loan contact at US Attorney's office
Do any of the long-time members of CDCBAA remember a seminar in January 2007 where an Assistant US Attorney spoke about student loans? Her pitch was to lease call her before filing a 523 Complaint on a US Dept. of Education loan since she could often work out a good settlement without the need for an adversary case,
Does anyone remember who that Assistant US Attorney was? And if she's no longer there (as may be likely), is there someone else in that position.
