Hi Daniela,
Amend the petition to correct the address.
The court may set an OSC re transfer of division or you could file a motion for order transferring case to correct division.

Hi all,
Nonattorney was helping client obtain a loan modification that was ultimately denied. Even though there is no pending sale date, nonattorney filled helped client fill out paperwork for ch 13 bk and advised him to file emergency Ch 13 in Riverside because that is where client's rental property is located.
Debtor lives in Orange County and MH is the judge.
Given that this case was filed in Riverside, does anyone have advice as to the best way to correct this? Thanks.
Sincerely,
