Preference defense in Delaware-- Attorney needed
Hi List Mates:
I have a Defendant in a Delaware preference suit that want
representation. I am not licensed there, nor do I know how to do pro
hac vice there.
Is anyone here licensed in Delaware or comfortable being pro hac vice
there?
Or do you have a good Delaware referral for this company?
