Can a Dissolved Corp file Ch 7

Don't think you can file any type of case for a dissolved corp. If there is some kind of reviver, I have never learned it. If someone else knows, please post the method.

Is this one of those situations where an individual placed his/her license with the corp, and has to bk the corp to get the license back in his/her name?
If you dissolved the corp, I don't know if there is anything you can due, but pay the claim that is encumbering the license.

I recall you can file an 11 to wind down the business and you can probably
sell the license at a fair market value and probably subject to overbid.
