Any comment? Tell the broker to go fly a kite. This isn't your problem
nor is it your client's problem.
Oh, and don't forget to add language to your plan abandoning any right,
real or imagined, to the property in question if you still haven't had your
plan confirmed yet. .

debtor had his case hijacked to list a property he has no knowledge about, someone had forged a grant deed stating that debtor was granted a piece of said property, MFR was filed, non-opposition was filed stating debtor has no knowledge about the property, Relief was granted. Now, my office gets a call and a real estate broker wants debtor to sign a quitclaim deed so the broker can sell the property. I refuse to let debtor to sign anything with respect to this unknown property. ANY COMMENT?
