I believe that the first conversion is "notice" only. Any conversions
after that need to be motions.

I have a Chapter 7 was flagged as over the limit by OUST and after going
back and forth we reluctantly converted to a Chapter 13. While signing the
conversion paperwork in my office, my client told me he had a work related
injury a few days beforehand and was out on disability. We filed the
conversion to a Chapter 13. And now after 6 weeks of disability, we have
filed the Notice of Conversion back to a Chapter 7.
But I am unsure what to do next. I see the docketing of the Notice of
Conversion and all the associated amended docs about a week ago, but it is
still docketed as a Chapter 13.
Is there something I have missed doing? I was sort of expecting a notice or
something that the case had converted back, but I have not.
Thanks!
