Business BK with Assets To Be Sold
We cannot discuss prices in this forum. I'd be glad to offer a free
initial consultation and a reasonable charge if retained. However, be
mindful that filing a Chapter 7 case for a business requires many caveats
and analyses to determine whether the pros outweigh the cons since
non-humans get no discharge in a Chapter 7 case and the principals are
usually the most obvious targets for trustee recovery actions.
