Has anyone experienced filing a case for a debtor who was still in the
process of getting an ITIN? In such situation, would a declaration by debtor
stating that debtor is in the process of getting an ITIN but has not obtained
it yet, be acceptable to the court? Any suggestions on another way to filethe SSN?
Debtor wants to avoid the case getting dismissed for failure to provide a SS number or ITIN. Debtor wants to file asap (ch 13 to repay arrears) due to
a foreclosure sale on debtor's home.
