Is it as easy/routine to reopen a closed Ch. 13 case to file the
financial mgt. course certificate and Application for Discharge as
it is under similar circumstances in a Ch. 7 case?
I have a situation where the debtor has completed the financial mgt.
course and all his required Ch. 13 payments, and the Trustee has
filed her intent to file Final Report.
I cannot get the debtor to respond to my requests to sign the course
certificate form to file with the court, or the App. For Discharge.
Debtor seems to be missing in action and the case will be closed soon.
So just wondering if it's routinely granted to reopen and get a
discharge entered after a 13 is closed under these facts.
